Payment

Terminal Resolutions, LLC gladly accepts payments through PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Terms

We ship via UPS within the United States and to Canada.  We use freight services for international shipments.  International rates are typically cost prohibitive for low volume orders. Shipping and Handling costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. Shipping insurance is already included.

Payment must be received before we will ship the product.

Typically we ship same day if you place the order before 2pm CST.  However, please allow up to 2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Texas. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges

Warranty and Return Policies
Return Terms

If your product is defective, please e-mail us at returns@terminalresolutions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 business days of receipt. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted. Restocking fees of up to 20% may be charged depending on the condition of the product. Once you have shipped the product, please provide us the tracking number.

Terminal Resolutions, LLC is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

  • We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
  • Rreturned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
