How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Can I order over the phone?
Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Central Time and our after hours sales team is open Monday thru Friday from 6:00pm to 10:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:30pm Central Time. Whether it’s placing an order or answering questions that may help in your purchasing decisions our specialists are ready to assist you. During non-business hours you can contact us via voicemail or send an email. Please leave a clear, detailed message and you will receive a call back the next business day.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders in by 2:00 P.M. (Central Time) will be processed and then shipped out within 1-2 Days. All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx) to fulfill their delivery schedule. Terminal Resolutions is not liable for packages that were not delivered on time because of mishaps by our couriers.
What are your Shipping & Handling charges?
Terminal Resolutions now offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING (2 to 5 business days) on all orders over $250 anywhere within the continental U.S. We do not offer free ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska since this method is not provided by our carriers.
For faster shipping, please add item(s) to our shopping cart where you can submit your shipping zip code for an instant shipping quote on 3-day, 2-day and overnight deliveries.
Note: You DO NOT have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges.
Do you guarantee all your merchandise?
Terminal Resolutions only sells Brand New Items: If your unit is defective in any way or you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, Terminal Resolutions offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All brand new products sold by Terminal Resolutions come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
What is your Return Policy?
Your item may be returned or exchanged within 30 Days from date of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 15% penalty fee. (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.) Ship all returns using a traceable shipping method and a separate shipping box. DO NOT put any courier labels on the manufacturer's merchandise packaging. Doing so requires Terminal Resolutions to pay for replacement packaging. Therefore, additional fees will be charged under these circumstances.
Terminal Resolutions is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.
Please include a copy of your receipt along with a description of all problems you had with the packaged components. You should choose a courier that provides tracking and insurance for your package. We do not reimburse shipping and handling costs incurred by Terminal Resolutions or the customer while processing your return/exchange.
How do I return a product? Do I need an RMA #?
Returning an order is simple and easy to do
1. Make sure you're sending it back within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Please understand all returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% plus shipping fees to and from the customer.) 2. Make sure you pack the unit up in its original manufacturer's box with ALL its accessories. 3. Contact us at rma@terminalresolutions.com to obtain authorization for your return through the issuance of an RMA#. Upon arrival please allow 1-2 Business days for your new order to ship out or credit card to be credited.
* All orders placed and cancelled or refused upon delivery will be subjected to a 15% processing fee on top of our shipping costs. * All returns that do not follow our return procedures will be subject to a 15% processing fee. * Any damage to original packaging or missing interior packaging will be subject to a 15% penalty fee. (i.e. manuals, warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, interior cardboard box missing, etc.) * A charge will be assessed for accessories missing from the box.

What is your privacy policy?
All information submitted to Terminal Resolutions is held private. We DO NOT sell any customer information.
Our site uses cookies. "Cookies" are files that are stored in your computer so that web servers can access certain information you've already provided in the past.
Our shopping cart only uses a temporary cookie to store your shopping cart information, and a number cookie to track our advertising. We do NOT store any of your personal information with cookies.
What information is needed to place an order?
* Billing Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail) * Shipping Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail) * Billing Information (Name on Card, Card Number, Card Type, and Expiration Date)
This information is used ONLY for the purpose of processing your order. Shipping address in order to ship your order, e-mail address to send your receipt and tracking information, billing address to verify the identity of the cardholder, and phone number so that we can call you if there's a problem with your order.
All customer information is encrypted and stored in our database.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders via our online shopping cart, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. We accept purchase orders for our higher volume, legacy customers. Please inquire at sales@terminalresolutions.com should you wish to open a credit account.

What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When is my credit card charged?
Once an order is placed and is completed, it is processed and run through an address verification. Your card is charged when your order is shipped. This process allows us to immediately spot unauthorized fraudulent charges. All orders that have been canceled after being charged are subject to a cancellation fee.
Is your site secure?
As you proceed with your purchase, rest assured that we're hosted on a secured server. None of our customer information is released and is all confidential.
What are your shipping costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
